        The absolute worst place in the entire banking industry. Nothing like getting insurance lapsed because yall want to place a hold on every single check I deposit. Next my truck will probably end up getting toed if I park in their parking lot to use their ATM to get MY money.

        Ms. Franklin has a very poor attitude when dealing with customers and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else in order to file a complaint against her personally after being negligent to resolve my banking issue and even hung up on me more than once. Very poor way to conduct business and make people feel like they're valued when I'm literally giving you thousands of dollars worth of business.

        This is the worst regions bank location in the ebr area. Either their closed doing normal operating hours, are the lobby is locked when you need to get inside.
