Our driver gave us a lot of information on the history of the area and the history of various foods and seasonings of this area. We made 5 stops for great food and beverages at each! Met some interesting people in our busload. Will take another tour soon.

We had a blast yesterday with Jay on our #cajunfoodtours! I ate so much, I thought I would burst!! Jay is a wealth of information, and an amazing host!! We stopped at Earl's Cajun Market for great boudin and cracklins, The Cajun Table for the best crawfish I've ever eaten, Deano's for Shrimp pizza, and fried oreo's, The Bon Temp Grill for Gumbo, and finally Poupart's Bakery for King Cake!
