Slow service. No lettuce and tomates and cold tortillas. Obviously no leadership poor nanagement. 40 years eating at el chico worst trip ever.

The absolute worse experience me and my family have ever had. We came to WM for a All Star softball tourney for my daughter.. decided to have a late lunch after we where knocked out of the tourney... We came in and the sat my family of six a table with no silverware and no saucer plates. We sat for 10 mins.. then got chips and salsa... still no drinks.. 10 mins later after 3 year old son chocking on there salsa they finally bring drinks bc i went to the bartender and advised him to send us a waitress! Drinks where a fail too.. i ordered 3 sweet teas and she brings back 3 unsweet teas and still no straws or silverware!! This is fathers day remind you... i got upset and had enough and asked to speak to manager after the waitress said are yall ready to order.. no we are not ready to order .. we want our drinks and plates and straws so we can relax...manager came over and brought us our silverware and said your straws are in the napkins... i asked her is this who you treat your guest..is this how you train your staff to provide customer service.. she said well you can leave... that tripped me off.. had my nephew take the kids to the truck...the rest was history after that.. this SORRY EXCUSE OF A MANAGER so called woman got a piece of my mind she didnt want... gonna tell me now yall come back and see us with her smart mouth... needless to say... i turned around and removed my sunglasses... the rest is history... YOUR CUSTOMERS COME 1ST PERIOD! I may have said somethings out of anger and frustration.. but after reading many reviews... the managers of this El Chicos need to be removed in order to save this place!
