NEVER answer the phone. I called 9 times in 2 weeks. Nobody ever answers. And they definitely arent nice or personable towards patients. Reception or phlebotomists

Had my blood drawn for a TB t st through an epassport from my employer. LabCorp didn't send out the test results or documentation showing that I had my blood drawn there. When I tried a countless number of times to call and see what happened, the phone went straight to voicemail. If your employer tries to send you here, do yourself a favor and have them choose a different location.

Staff and everything was fine but they apparently had just bleached the phlebotomists chair and it ruined a brand new black shirt.

I took off work came in for ordered blood work. I advised the tech that I had 2 separate orders and she acknowledged that she saw them both. I received a paper with pay codes, was asked for my debit card if insurance didnt pay. Not all pay codes was on the sheet. It really wouldve been helpful to have all of them so I know whats payable by insurance and whats not. I went to the dr to follow up 2 days later and my dr did not rec all of my blood work results. I have been calling for a week now and cant get anyone on the phone I also left 2 voicemails. It appears I will have to take off work to go to Labcorp to get an answer for something that can be handled in a simple phone call. Very unprofessional and Inconvenient.
