Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

No wonder why they are closing now. I was sad when the Monroe chain closed. However, with this one, I am not a bit sad. The froyo was watery and runny. The taste was diluted. The whole experience was unpleasant.

Customer service was terrible.. No greeting while entering business. One employee was on the phone with friend while checking customers out. Another just sat there watching. Tables were not clean.

Let's say since visiting this store twice in my only two visits to Monroe from Texas. Both occurrences were it of fruit. They don't have access to the online registration to add to your prior purchases. The young lady working today was more polite, and courteous than the two young ladies working together the last time (first time) I came over the Easter weekend. I hope this store can stock fruit next time I come to the Monroe area. Compared to the Texas locations I've visited, this store gets a 2 on a scale of 1-10. However, they had almost all varieties of yogurt flavors, so I bump them up to a 3 of 10.
