Baffling and contrived application process, which doesn't work on mobile phones. Spent nearly 30 minutes trying to apply over and over with the manager in the office. She made up a password without giving it to me, yet entered my social security number into the account anyway. Ignored me immediately when another tenant entered, but wouldn't give me the password to complete the application myself. I walked out because I had to get to work. The office was gross, and you'll be paying $625 a month to live in great-grammy's old rotten run down house. Look elsewhere, in all areas.

who do I contact about unfair and poor management and maintenance performance, never can get in touch with anyone. no one calls you back, nothing ever gets fixed or addressed properly.

Rent is cheap and as long as u continue a lease it never goes up even if they raise the price for new tenants...
The staff is very friendly and pretty fast when any issue arise. I like the fact that they are reachable whenever u need them 24/7.
I can't speak on other times but the entire time I lived here it was very quiet and peaceful... The only complaint I have is there is no washer/dryer in the apartments just the washateria (which is very affordable just inconvenient sometimes)
I recommend this place for a single person looking for a cheap rent apartment that is in a decent neighborhood

I love this place and I was sorry to leave. You can get in touch with the manager and owners anytime. I love the assigned parking. Their courtesy officer was very responsive when I had an issue with parking. I would recommend Malibu West for anyone needing a neat, affordable apartment.
