The help and patience of Kim at the Vacherie Branch was outstanding. She went above and beyond to give me all the help I needed. Such a warm and friendly lady. It was like talking to an old friend. Thanks Kim!

I been banking here for about 10 years now, and the only issues Ive had so far is Ive had my credit card and debt card froze for fraud several times, but they never notified me of the incident. Only to find out when I tried using my card. Last year of 2021 I had a cashiers check made for 40k. The first one they made, it had a error on it. So they trashed it. And made another one. Only to find out later on that the original check that had a error, was never voided. So I was charged for it. Accounting should have caught this. And accounting should have handled the matter more professionally. Management and accounting nor anybody reached out to me from that department telling me my funds have been put back into my account. It all seemed very shady. Be very cautious, some of the people they hire constantly make mistakes like this yet still retain employment. Since the matter was not handled professionally I contacted the FDIC and filed a report. Hopefully then this bank can actually right its wrongs.
