while shopping at your metairie store on veterans hwy was assisted by a Ms Jordyn emp.#25062883 at the customer service desk. Great young lady with customers, i could go on and on about her mannerisms and the urge to assist a dissatisfied customer but i would not have enough room for my complaint. This young lady made 4 calls for a managers assistance, 1 shows up 30 minutes later, his name MR FRANK, if he worked for me i would have him on immediate notice. No personality for handling a customer complaint, more importantly he has total no respect for his staff, more so MS.JORDYN. I my business my employees come first, without them we have no workers. I am a loyal customer to Rouse's in Mid City, your N Carrollton store that has a pretty good working staff and management personnel. You have my information in the event you wish to respond to this complaint. I visited your store in metairie at 1:20pm 12/3/2022 and left at 2:30pm due to my waiting to have (finally) Mr Frank come along.

If you want chronic price increase this is the place. Chicken price started at $5.99, then $6.99, then to $7.49. Other stores are still 4.99 so this is uncalled for. It's greed. We will not support people like that. I use to love that place till I could no longer afford it. Good luck rouses.

Horrible place to work they didnt want to pay me for working and threatened me with the police when I ask for my money district manger in Baldwin county is horrible too they need to do better

I ordered this princess cake but thats what we got. They tried to say thats what I ordered but I went up there 3 times to make sure they had the order right. The bakery manager was rude and lied to me. This was in Moss Bluff, La.
