The service you provide and the amount you charge your consumers each month are absolutely terrible. You think that if you are going to have a water outage, you would put a flyer on the door of each house instead of putting a small sign at the subdivision's entrance. Also, I would hope that you would make sure that you had all of the parts and materials that you need before shutting down the water going on for 10-12 hours. I hope you have a contingency plan in place if the work takes longer than you expected. But I can see that you did not. What a terrible company that charges more money for water each month than any other company that I ever have dealt with.Maybe it's time to remove the current management team and bring in new people to address these issues. It's 7:30 AM and still no water thanks to you. Your customers pay your salary!

Most definitely the worst. My neighbor says her bill is only $30. I’m paying $65.00. It’s myself and 3 kids. She has 6 people in her home somethings not right! They held my check as well for like a month. They are just horrible. Online payment would nice. We have to drive all the way across town to drop off payment.

They don’t have anyway for online payment. The water so bad, feel like have a lot of soap when touch to your skin, sometimes it smell so strong, so dirty and look yellow.

It’s 2019 almost 2020 —time to set up a way to pay ONLINE or ELECTRONICALLY people. If there was another water company here this one would definitely go under.
