I put in a claim with Allstate over 6 wks ago. I heard nothing after 4 wks so I called to complain at the adjuster's office. My adjuster finally called me same day and came out and checked damages and took measurements for repairs and said he would be in touch soon. Then a claims inspector calls me and kept me on the phone for an hour asking me all sorts of questions but finally stated that he would expedite my claim by Monday as this was last Wednesday. So I waited until Thurs and called my adjuster numerous times without answer or callback. So, I punted and called IPR. Tara called me right back and I gave her my claim info and what I was attempting to do. She called me right back again with the adjuster's supervisor's cell phone number. So I called and let him have it! Needless to say, by the end of the day, my adjuster called me to let me know that my claim was approved and that my first check was on its way, which was then followed up my a confirmation email. Thank you Tara for jumping on this for me. The crew at IPR are top notch and Scott, Pat, and Tara really do go above and beyond for their clients. Thanks again.
