Google wont allow zero stars....that's the only reason I gave them 1 I have waited over two months to write this review because I have been trying to give the business the benefit of doubt. However, they have proven that they can not be trusted. In October I needed a new garage door. I called this company and within 30 minutes an older gentleman was at my house. He looked at my door and reluctantly told me what it would cost. I told him it sounded great and asked if he’d like cash now or once it was done. He said we could pay when the install was complete. Now two days later the install guy showed up. He took the old door down, and installed the new door. I was at work so the install guy told my wife he couldn’t finish the job because all the wood around the garage door had been destroyed by termites and needed to be replaced. Of course he offered to replace it for an additional charge. We decided that was fine and told him to get whatever he needed.HE WAS THEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE WORK, INCLUDING WHAT HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED. Also he was paid by check so I can prove that they were paid in full. Once I got home that night I inspected the wood and found that it had NOT been damaged by termites. I messaged the installer and told him that we wanted the wood replaced anyway ( he had punched holes in it with a screwdriver ) and he gave me a price. I agreed to the price and he said he would be there Monday. He sent that message on October 24th. I have called and texted both the installer and owner of the company and neither will return my calls or text anymore. So, currently as of December 19, I have a stack of vinyl trim laying on the floor in my garage, wood trim around the garage door with giant holes in it that were NOT there before I hired this company, and a company that won’t return messages. Again, they were paid in full for work that has NOT been completed for over 2 months. I am very disappointed and just want my garage door trim fixed. I am having to hire someone else to come complete the work I paid them to do and repair damage that they did to my garage door trim. I would advise not using them.
