-I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I initially came in to repair the screen on my MacBook Air . The original service fee was stated to be $699. Therefore, I came to the better option to get a BRAND NEW one for $999 with the help of the manager (Im assuming manager only because he stated that the higher up was his owner). -Well, after anxiously waiting for my BRAND NEW laptop for almost 2 weeks, I finally received a call to pick it up . I work from home so I was so excited to return my friends borrowed laptop. I was immediately hit with disappointment once I found out that I waited almost two weeks and paid the brand new price of $999 for a REFURBISHED MacBook Air. -My original MacBook Air had sentimental value; it was for my father that passed away last year. I would have opted to pay the $699 for my original MacBook to get fixed. Im not sure about anyone else, but $300 down the drain is a pretty big deal to me. -In addition, the representative/ manager stated that it was nothing that they were able to do about it. Also, I would have to pay a 20 percent fee if I wanted a return . -The customer service rep/manager stated that I was not able to speak directly to his higher up (THE OWNER) & that the OWNER will reach out to me when they have time. Therefore, Im penalized either way for something that was not my fault at all. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with their customer service. All customers should be treated equally, financed or not. $300 gone down the drain smh
