HealthCARE Express Shreveport

I called to see if they do DOT physicals, the girl on the phone said sure come on over. I drive 25 miles to get there and the place is closed for remodeling !!!! I call the girl on the phone and tell her this and she says well we are in Texarkana and Marshall.... I say I called the website number for the facility pictured which is across from Highland Clinic in Shreveport !! She says oh sorry... I said don't you think it would be nice to tell people when they call ??? She says , I guess ..... I wonder if she would be upset if she just burned the gas and wasted her time???? I guess.....

Place sucks women that work the Window are rude and are more worried about talking to each other than checking in and out personel.

Especially loved the coffee bar -- nothing like warm apple cider when you don't feel well.
