        Waited on hold 15mins for supervisor who forwarded my called to her voice-mail. Kristin white will ignore a call knowing the patient is having a major issue with a provider. The call center is the only way a patient can get a Message to provider. Being ignored by a supervisor is going on the list of incidents too
