        They don’t answer the phone! I have called at least 30 times! I left 2 messages! No one returned my calls. However, I did get a message telling me that if I didn’t call them they would send my batter back to Apple. I have been trying to call!!!! And left messages. No response. Now, I’m having to leave work and drive all the way from N Bossier to Simply Mac. Customer service is non existent!!!!

        BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE hands down. I was in and out so quickly and frustrated when I walked in and walked out feeling respected and thought knowedlable about the process and issues I was facing. Even had my replacement next day. Was greeted immediately and dealt with professionally, courteslly, and quickly. Could not have asked for a better experience
