Two days in a row, at about the same time each morning, we lose electricity. No explanation given. When I try calling the 1 888 number, it hangs up on me. At least have the courtesy to answer the phone.

They had an update on the website that wiped everyone's payment info (autopay or any payment plan) but didn't notify customers. We didn't find out until our payment was almost 3 months past due that it even happened and that the payment was not going through. This on top of random unexplained outages, I wish I could deal with any other power company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Constant surge and short power outages. More and more frequent per week, something that one would expect from generator power. SWEPCO electricity isn't very stable. Our electronics and appliances are taken a beaten. Eventually, ever outlet will have an UPS or surge protector connected to it.
