    Worst experience. Treated with racism. The store is closing so the people that work there don't care how they treat customers. Had a cashier tell another cashier that she didn't have to deal with that old white guy,then walked away My wife and I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes to pay. We were the only one in line. They took our cash then said they had to get change. After awhile I didn't know they had taken the money, told them to give the cash back and rering it and we would pay with a credit card. They refused saying they couldn't refund money.

    I recently purchased a zero turn craftsman lawn mower with the expected date to pick up from the store would be 8/09/18. I called and spoke to someone in the merchant package/receiving department. He said my lawn mower was in but I had to wait until 8/10/18 to pick it up after 3pm since it has to be assembled. Ok I told the person I was talking to that I was also waiting on a push mower and large craftsman tool box. I ask if I could pick up all the items together which the push mower n tool box was expected on the 8/14/18. The sear associate said yes. So my husband went to pick up the lawn mower yesterday (Saturday 8/18/18). They did not have the keys and told him to come back tomorrow for the keys (8/19/18). Now I figure I'm going to call before I go to see if they have my keys. The gentleman that answered the phone said he had no acknowledgement of this and it must have happen after he got off work. So I told him may I speak to a supervisor or the manager ...now he puts me on hold. After about 5mins he comes back and says the manager is on another call and that he will call me back and hung up on me and didn't take any information from me. Now a couple of hours later I go to the store and go to the lawn n garden department and tell the sear associate if I could speak to the supervisor. He asked me about what. I said for a item we purchased that was missing keys. He goes to tell me that he told my husband yesterday that they were going to have to order a replacement on the keys. Needless to say after the manager comes out and this sale person continues to make up stuff and changing his story as he is going on about telling my husband that they were going to reorder the keys...The associate even said that we purchased a floor model. Like I said he kept changing his story. Which the manager call this a miscommunication issue and was covering up for the sale associate. So now we have to wait for keys to be order and as for the other item we purchased are still not in...so stay away your better off ordering online instead of dealing with this Sears...this was on the 2950 Texas st location at the mall.
