Elated Counseling Services

I sent them an email and they responded quickly asking basic questions for how to help me get set up. But when I answered, they did not respond back and it has been 2 weeks. I called during business hours and no answer and I left a voicemail with my callback number and no answer after 6 days. Doesnt seem very helpful and will be looking at other options for counseling.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with elated counseling. The front desk receptionist is always kind and patient. Overall I highly recommend this place!

I've been seeing Olivia Smith for just under a year now and have seen tremendous growth within myself. I've referred others anywhere from children to adults to her and they all agree that she is our saving grace! Highly recommend Elated Counseling!

A place that gives you know shame in talking about uncomfortable things. It truly is a safe place to be and work out your internal struggles. Like childhood traumas, post-traumatic stress, and how to navigate things that are triggering to you in a world that you have to adjust in that does get it.

My wife couldn't get off work so they charged us with a cancelation fee. I don't have a problem with that. I do have a problem with the fact that they still charged my insurance company and my debit card for the deductible for a service that was not performed. Can you say insurance fraud?
