I had a French drain installed where water was collecting around my pool deck when it rains up to my ankles. The owner was super nice as were his employees. The drain works as expected and I have had no problems. I would definitely use them again.

I got multiple quotes for my 1940's pier and beam house, but Roshto was the only company that both 1) crawled under my house and checked everything out before giving me a very reasonable quote and 2) offered a more flexible payment arrangement. Jason suggested several options for helping my house be more stable, but was also honest with what was crucial for the stability of the house and what would be more aesthetic, since I was on a budget. Great job. Very affordable for this kind of project. Worked quickly and efficiently. Also very personable guy and easy to work with. Go with Roshto. Had a French drain installed with the company with agreement to installing a flagstone pathway. The head guy is personable and nice so felt comfortable going through with using this company. Had difficulty setting up days/times for the initial inspection/quote along with the start time for the project. They would say they would be here at a certain day but ultimately no showed with no contact/notice. I would have to contact them to figure out if the start day changed. Again brushed it off as guy was nice and figured they were busy. At the end of the project, had a few issues with the catch basin not being properly installed and they promised that they would fix it. Had to keep reminding them to come address the issue. Said they would fix it in a week but ultimately never finished. Same thing with the flagstone installation— empty statements saying they would come install in a week but never came. It’s been well over a month now so have given plenty time for them to address a relatively minor issue and to schedule the flagstone work they agreed to. Part of it is my fault for paying for the French drain part of the project prior to the job being completed to satisfaction, so if you do end up utilizing this company, ensure that you hold payment until the job is completed 100%. I definitely can’t recommend this company to anyone.
