        I Requested this company to come and clean a carpet and also furniture after being highly recommended. I had an appointment between 11:30 and 12:30. Nobody showed. I reached out to company and was told that I was next on the list but I still have not seen or heard from them. Rearranged my appointments today to be home. A simple phone call to reschedule would be much better customer service.

        I'm young person who loves everything to be clean and in touch. Especially my carpets, floor and everything that me and my friends step on. The place with a lot microbes! But I'm cool, because I use Sims Pro Carpet Cleaning services and they do delightful job!!!
