        Extremely unprofessional and rude! Threatened to call the police on me because i questioned him about randomly changing the price. They "only" take exact change & he told me 1 price on the phone & changed it 45 mins later when I got there. He gets off on being ugly to young black college students and charging extremely high as if he doesnt have YOUR property. He also took a picture of my tag like that was supposed to scare me. Record/screenshot everything! Disgusting excuse for a man
