Ive have tried to go to Jimmy Johns 5 times in the past 2 & 1/2 weeks and they have been closed every. single. time. I just tried to go a little while ago, and once again, they were closed. They are supposed to be open 7 days a week from 10:30-8pm, but apparently thats just a lie at this point.

Just for those to see, as far as I'm aware this location is at the least temporarily shut down. I heard that after a management switch at this location, all of the employees quit at once. Must've been an awful manager. As of writing, I don't think they're back up and running.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First the completely wrong sandwich. Had to drive back up there. Seconds attempt, sandwich prepared incorrectly. Sandwich maker rude, condescending and I cant wait until hes working in a grown up job. Customer service awful. Should have gone to Subway!

I normally buy the Turkey Tom sandwich with all the fixings, and I have always added a pickle quartered. The pickle has always been very crispy--however, the last two times over the past two weeks, the skin of the pickle is like chewing leather. Looking at the skin and the "meat" of the pickle, it appears that they have been frozen or sit in the area of fridge that gets them too cold???
