I do not recommend using Affordable Awnings & Carports, LLC based on my personal experience. Link to BBB complaint https://www.bbb.org/us/la/lake-charles/profile/awnings/affordable-awnings-carports-llc-0925-90012009/complaints They need to learn to not be misleading by accepting a job and then giving it to subcontractor. They quoted and scheduled my job then gave it to subcontractor. After subcontractor did a poor job then they denied using subcontractor yet they accepted payment for labor and they paid subcontractor “Why accept payment from someone you claim to have done no work for”. They also need to be honest when problems arise and not blame customers especially a disabled three time cancer survivor like myself. They also need to keep their promises, they promised to be at jobsite within two weeks to correct issues and they have still not shown up 3 months later. Now they say if I pay them for labor and materials they will correct what I already paid them for. They have not convinced me of them being about customer satisfaction, backing up their subcontractor’s work or warranty.
