Called about availability of a metal door. Still waiting for the return call 2 weeks later.

i called Friday November 12th for an estimate for a metal roof for my mobile home I was told that a salesman would have to call me back on that I left 2 phone numbers for them to call me back. its Friday today the 19th and still waiting. I understand they are busy because of the storm, but a 1-minute. phone call from them could have saved me a weeks' time of not having a Roof. They should fix their advertising.

I purchased a 40x60 building with a carport and breezeway with gutters attached right before the Covid lockdown. Decided to also have these guys do the install.
The photo I've attached is right after Hurricane Ida. I live in Raceland so we got the full strength of a Cat 4 hurricane. Not one piece of tin missing or bent, even the gutters made it through the storm.
The quality of there product and labor shows for itself. I'm extremely pleased overall. Highly recommend anyone considering a building to reach out and call them.
Remember, "Cheap labor isn't skilled, and skilled labor isn't cheap." You get what you pay for.
