Jessica Moore was supposed to file my 2021 tax return. The IRS rejected it 6 times because the information for one of my children was entered incorrectly. Jessica Moore did not attempt to inform me of this. I had to contact the IRS to find out what was going on. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TAX SERVICE.

I have been filing my taxes with JMeaux Tax Service since 2018. She is always very professional, informative, & honest. She always lets me know exactly what is going on with my refund, what will work in my best interest & what wont. 10/10 service & I definitely have recommended her to all of my friends and family. If you are in need of someone who is trustworthy and skilled in their line of work Jessica is your girl! She has helped me multiple times with not only my taxes ,but also my llc, business coaching , and processing & setting up my payroll. No matter how last minute I am she is always ready to assist me and she is sooooo patient with me. You can rest assure you are in good hands when dealing with her! JMeaux Tax Service just isnt a tax business its a family . Jessica Moore and her team are outstanding men and women . Their more than just Tax Preparers, their leaders and community outreachers . Every year Jessica and her team put to together so many events for our community wether water day in the park or feeding the homeless they get it done . And I know this review should be about taxes but if you cant trust the people who prepare your taxes you have nothing . So if you want it done the right way JMeaux is the way you should be because they care about more than just money and numbers their a family .. A family you can be a part
