Check Into Cash

I do not recommend this place. We first had trouble at the one they had in donaldsonville Louisiana which is now closed. So we had to start going to plaquemine Louisiana. well first off you can't pay early, can't pay over the phone, and the day that it is due they start blowing up your phone. Now Saturday we went to pay and we drove 45 minutes and the worker couldn't do anything. We tried to pay with card and he said he couldn't do it so he then ask for cash, we gave him cash and he still couldn't do it bc he wasn't trained for the new system he said. He tried to call someone for help and nobody answered. Now here we are Monday having to leave work early and have to waste more gas hoping that someone is there that know what their doing. This place is horrible. There was times we went bc they w qas s supposedly open and they we're closed. One time i took a picture of their sign saying open which in fact was closed. So we would call to make sure they would be ope. And a few times they said they were and that they were open until such and such time so we would go right away just to find them closed. I actually called a d made report to the big boss which the lady took my complaint and said someone would call me today and yet I haven't heard from anyone. All I k ow is I am not paying a late fee for their unprofessional business. And I can't keep wasting my gas for them!!!!
