        A tiny hidden gem with humongous tasty cajun treats in Patterson,La. Cracklings are cooked fresh with just the right amount of magical cajun dust..... Lots of frozen homemade treats to take home ,just bring a cooler...

        The employees were helpful and polite. The place was clean. There are see through coolers to see what you want to purchase. They have awesome boudin and crackling.. I would definitely go back.. $$$

        Best place for boudin and cracklings around !! Also want to give props to the hard working crew that prepares and cooks everything there. I know alot goes into it and calls for long and hot days to consistently produce great tasting products....Great job guys and girls. Definitely a recommended place to visit ❤
