Rush Insurance Inc

I rented a home from the Rush’s for 6 months. ALWAYS paid on time and sometimes early. They have “so-called” maintenance men that know everything yet never show-up or tear more things up than what was originally just not working. The a/c unit is from the 80’s and there was 0 insulation. Rats, wasps etc.. Lastly, the customer relationship should be their highest regard. Nope. You get lied too and again, some 19 year will show up and say he’s been doing maintenance work all his life and leave to get a part and never return. They own over 90 rent houses and they have too many “irons in the fire” to maintain property or ESPECIALLY your funeral or insurance needs. Rant over

They do every dirty legal way to keep your money. Make a check that cost more to cash then check is worth.
