Review: I hired Bliss Tree Service in March to remove a tree in my front yard, grind the stump, and trim a tree in my back yard. I had to get them to come back and regrind parts of the stump that they missed and had covered over with tree mulch. In the process of cutting down the tree, they damaged my gutter when a branch fell on my roof. It took six weeks for them to send someone out to fix it. The person they sent did an unprofessional job. They patched the gutter by screwing in a piece of gutter that didn’t even match my gutter. When it rained, water leaked out of the sides of the patch job. I contacted Tyler to let him know that I had seamless gutters and expected that whole piece of gutter to be replaced and restored to how it was before he damaged it. He ignored my texts and letters. I had to get another company to come out to replace the gutter at a cost of $150. I sent Bliss the bill and they refused to acknowledge it. I paid $6,300 for the work to be done. Refunding me $150 for the damage they did to my property isn’t asking much. On a side note, they also didn’t trim the tree in my back yard according to my request. They left branches hanging over my shed and left a large dead branch on the tree. I asked them to come back out and trim it. Tyler said they would have to charge me $200 more, which I wasn’t going to pay. A month later, the branch fell on my metal fence and damaged it. Bottom line: DO NOT HIRE BLISS TREE SERVICE. They do not stand behind their work.

Bliss Tree Service removed a storm damaged maple from my backyard. My calls were quickly returned. I received an estimate the same day. Communication about weather, schedule changes and the work itself were all outstanding. The work was well done and the crew was professional, courteous and showed genuine concern for my other plants and property while working in a tight space. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Bliss Tree Service. I needed 4 large trees in a small, hard to access yard, cut down and the stumps ground down. They met with me the very same day I called and got me a very reasonable quote. After that there was great communication in terms of the scope of the work, scheduling and logistics, especially with regards to inclement weather. There were no issues with the crew, all very professional, respectful of my street and neighbors, and they left my yard clean from debris when they were done.
