      image Dispatch for this location is absolute trash. Purchased a tire Saturday, the tread completely blew off Thursday. Called dispatch to get roadside service for THEIR failed tire, was transferred to 3 different employees before landing on the phone with Steve. After explaining the situation, Steve proceeded to be condescending, and found the situation quite hilarious. Long story short, I called the STM in Biloxi, who found the New Orleans location at fault, and was able to help me. I'm extremely greatful that these employees weren't as useless as Steve. I've been purchasing tires from this same location loyally for over 3 years. I wouldnt spend a single penny here again.
      P.S.
      Quit being useless Steve.
