They also don't have a bathroom for customers. That's illegal in a restaurant, I'm pretty sure.

Though I would give them another chance after 10 months of not going there. Did a mobile order from home before I left for work around 5:30pm. When finished it said my food would be ready for pickup by 6pm. I arrived at 6:04 and the 3 girls working had not even started it yet. There were 2 customers that they were more busy hang out and talking with than fixing their food. I made a couple comments about how the mobile order had been placed a half hour earlier and was supposed to be ready 4 minutes before I got there. When they finally started making my order they were making it wrong. They said they were following the paper receipt printed out, so I showed them the mobile order from my phone to help them make it right. In the end, I took the sandwich as it was and rushed to work. I left Subway at 6:12 (12 minutes after it was supposed to be ready by) and barely made it to work ontime! What is the issue with this location? If the mobile order comes through and tells you to have an order ready by 6pm, have it ready by 6pm! You were NOT busy, you were socializing with the customers. One of them was even sitting down at a table when I walked in. This is unacceptable!
Older review from around Sept 2020: Did a Mobile order today. Said it would be ready at 10:10am. They called me to inform me they no longer serve breakfast. That was my favorite part of the order!
Regardless, I show up at 10:09 on my break from work (13 minutes after they called me to say they didn't do breakfast anymore). They didn't even have the meat on the 3 sandwiches yet. It's 10:17 now and I'm about the be late getting back to work from my break and the sandwiches are still not done!
Please bring breakfast back on the menu!
Update: food that was ordered at 9:55am and supposed to be ready at 10:10 am was finally ready at 10:23am...AND I'm late on my work break and haven't ate yet
