AMAZING.. Romula was amazingly responsive and found my wife and I BOTH our rental apartment and forever home. I cannot recommend Romula enough! This is a hard market and she made everything so incredibly easy, including recommendations of businesses we had great relationships with through the entire sale process. Could.not.recommend.enough.

Romula is the one you can trust. It is so important to find something that you can trust, vs someone who is just trying to sell you something. 2020 has been a whole challenge on its own and if it wasn't for Romula, I'm sure that I would not have been able to purchase my first home ever, and from out of state at that. She was amazing at listening to what I was looking for and adjusting searches so that I was seeing only what I was truly looking for. She provided referrals for mortgage officers that would be kind and knowledgeable about the home buying process, and then was able to guide me through negotiations, and inspections, and more negotiations all while keeping her calm and me calm. She truly cares and when I tell my friends about my experiences with Romula vs their experiences with their past agents they all say " I wish I could have had Romula there for me." When the time comes to look again, I will do it with Romula by my side.

My husbands job transferred him to New Orleans from from Charlotte, NC. We researched New Orleans and the cities around, but still needed someone to help us instead of looking at pictures and renting from that. I reached out to Romula because she had so many Great Yelp reviews. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas and the schools which was a HUGE PLUS for us with 2 elementary kids. She sent me properties and I told her the ones of interest and she drove about 45 minutes to an hour away so that she could FaceTime us and let us see the properties for ourselves. We picked a house, signed a lease and sent her the money through CashApp to secure the place. When we arrived to our new home we were very satisfied with the house and the area that we're in. She is a great agent to do business with because she had so much patience with us when we were undecided and couldn't make up our minds. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
