They're a mess...but have gotten a little better. One of the physicians (yes they have a few) literally violated HIPAA and used my personal info to check me out on LinkedIn after I complained about them dragging their feet and putting my Dr. through unnecessary hoops that I knew (and the Dr knew were wrong). This physician was part of University of Washington as well. I'll leave his name out of it but I warned him about 2 years ago not to ever use patients' info through Accredo to reach out or even view my social media. I just want to have medication approved and filled in a timely manner. Once Accredo got the website ordering down things were much easier but then upob my script renewal Im back to calling in refills... And its painful and nonsensical.

One of the worst pharmacies - any doctor that sends medication here should be ashamed of themselves. I got a new job and new insurance and when I contacted Acreedo to get all of my insurance and information changed. They told me they would create an order and have my medicine shipping that week. I called a week later and they never even changed my account information. Follow up 3 days later and now they’re saying the person created a whole new account for me, and never transferred the prescription over. I have still yet to receive my medicine. I am in pain and fatigued without my meds because some data entry phone operator can’t do her job.

Customer service is horrible . It’s like I’m inconveniencing them when I called and ask questions. They make it very difficult almost creating obstacles and making it frustrating so the customer just wants to in the call. Everyone that I’ve mentioned accredo to also complains about their customer service. Upper management is nonexistent.

This is one company that could seriously benefit from AI customer service. And, frankly, I'd honestly rather deal with a robot than to get calls from their customer service. It's truly awful. Advice: When they call every month, just ignore all the questions from the automatic call prompt because it's literally just a hold for the next available operator to take your call (you'll have to give them the same information, so save your breath). Then brace yourself for the experience with the operator. Just breathe, relax, and you'll get through it like giving birth -- to a rude, obnoxious, and clueless person who is there just to collect a paycheck. I used to be nice because I was raised to be better, but now, I don't even try because it is pointless.
