        Be aware that Castro is not doing his job correctly (or worse) and is liable to get you in trouble. He took my license plate and was supposed to do a transfer. He never did it, nor returned my plate, and now I have a large fine for lack of insurance on a vehicle which is not even mine. Buyer Beware!!!
