Hidden fees, hidden fine print on separate documentsthey charge me a 2 month security deposit and then charged an $800 restoration fee to restore essentially nothing BEFORE they even give the deposit back which is supposed to be 30 days. Im at 41 days and they still have my $1900 in addition to taking $800 that should have just come out the deposit. When trying to get the deposit back all they say they can do is put a ticket in and wait for a response. Obviously if the shoe was on the other foot, that wouldnt fly. I need an office in Dallas and Miami but due to this run around, Regus isnt going to be on my list of considerations.

I strongly advise against considering Regus as a viable option for workspace solutions due to their misleading and unethical practices. It has come to my attention that the restoration fee, which is essentially a termination fee referred to as a cleaning fee in the terms and conditions, is priced at an exorbitant $4.00 per square foot. This critical information is conveniently omitted from the terms and conditions and can only be found buried in a separate document called "House Rules."
Moreover, during the sales pitch, Ivette, the salesperson for the region, intentionally excluded the cost of renting for one month in order to make the proposal more appealing and win my business. Furthermore, she falsely represented the 30-day notice policy, which only applied to moving out rather than moving in.
As a result of these deliberate misrepresentations, I find myself in a situation where what I thought was a reasonable $1,100 per month space has now ballooned into a $2,000 per month expense due to the hidden restoration fee. The invoice was only presented to me after it was too late to back out of the arrangement.
In light of these circumstances, it is clear that Regus is operating in a dubious manner and cannot be trusted. I strongly advise prospective clients to be aware of their unscrupulous practices and to seek more transparent and honest business solutions elsewhere.

I have only visited this place to go to the bank and use the UPS store briefly. Sadly this buildings security guards care more about wagging their finger at me for walking my bike through their lobby than the security of my bike since I was unable to lock it securely outside.
