I moved my insurance over a month ago. Representatives from this office told me my insurance was canceled and I would not be charged again. Three weeks later I was charged. Three different people have asked for three different items to cancel my insurance and issue a refund. Upon providing the requested documents, the people ignore me and Im forced to start over. Bottom line, this agency is criminals and they stole money which they are refusing to refund. Stay far far away.

Never had any problems . When we had flooding we were taken care of quickly and smoothly. Very professional.

Through all my years of having insurance, my agent Liz is hands down the best agent I have had. I feel extremely comfortable about communicating any and all my concerns with the utmost confidence. She will take care of my concerns expeditiously, honestly, and fairly. All State is fortunate to have a person of this caliber. Previously, I have had very bad experiences with insurance companies, but now I feel great about consolidating my insurance with All State. Good agents make a difference.
