    In late June, I was shopping around for better homeowner and auto rates, and Allstate got in touch with this agent. They quoted me, and it was much cheaper than my current policy, so I changed over. Only later did I find out that the agent had misquoted me on all of the policies (by removing coverage for things like the contents of my house or uninsured motorist). They also never let me know that my mortgage hadn't paid one of those policies, so I unknowingly didn't have insurance for more than a month. By the time I figured it out, it was too late to get my old policy back, so now I'm paying $130 MORE than I was in June. I'm furious. What a waste of my time and money! The agent never even apologized or tried to make the sitiation right. I do NOT recommend this agent.

    Excellent service in all aspects of insurance. He explained the rational for different types of insurance and made sure I understand everything. Very quick to call back when I left a message.

    Paid application fee since 8/14/2020. Ms Holmes said she faxed everything over to my mortgage company on 8/24/2020. 9/17/2020 I get notice from my mortgage company that they haven’t received my renewal information. I reached out to Ms Holmes she informed me that the fax she told me she sent back in August had failed and asked if I had the information. I sent her the fax cover sheet and asked her to advise me when it was complete. She emailed me on 9/18/2020 saying she faxed everything over. After about 3 weeks I started emailing both Ms Holmes and Mr Johnson asking when I would receive a copy of the policy. No one responded. I called the office and their answering service answered. I left a message no one called me back. On 10/14/2020 I emailed again and finally Ms Holmes responded saying she hadn’t done what she was supposed to do and the application had expired. I called my mortgage company on 10/15/2020 and they let me know they had just received the renewal on 10/14 and that I had a lapse in coverage that will need to be addressed. I called and spoke with Ms Holmes and let her know what the mortgage company said. She informed me that she would have to discuss this with Mr Johnson and they would call me back. No one called and I sent a follow up email on 10/16/2020. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone the level of professionalism and responsiveness is beyond ridiculous. This is no way to treat a customer.
