Absolutely awesome gallery. Michael and Frances are my hero's. They offer the BEST customer service. My ring needed repairs and even with the Pandemic they still offer the BEST service.

Customer service is excellent. There was a mishap in sending my order, but they worked with me to easily get my problem fixed. I will be recommending Giving Tree Gallery to anyone I know that is looking for something they sell.

The people that work there are wonderful.  I brought in a pair of Patricia Locke earrings that I purchased over 20 years ago, that lost some stones.The designer in New York had me bring them to this business to facilitate the repair.  When I dropped them off without being given a receipt , I was on the fence on whether or not I would ever see them again.  I immediately started receiving correspondence from this establishment keeping me up to date on the repair.  Yesterday I received the repaired earring in the mail, wrapped up  in a lovely box with ribbon no less and multiple ear backings.They really went the extra mile in customer service. Highly recommend them.
