Been here a couple of times in the pass month, I like to go on certain days because of the customer service. The store and the yogurts are overall great, but the customer service varies depending on the person. I've notice the only people I see working day shifts are a women and a man. I find that the women isn't stingy with samples and talks to customers and helps them out with picking toppings. When i came in there the first time she helped me pick flavors and even put in inputs and suggestions which I found very helpful. The store was neat and my yogurt was very good. The second time I went in there a man was working. He didn't greet me and seemed annoyed to have to get up and service me when I walked in. I didn't say anything, because I'm aware that some people have bad days. When i asked for a sample, at first he didn't even hear me and then when he finally did he gave me one before sitting down but I wanted to try more because they had just gotten Pumpkin Pie. He seemed rude and just sat up front reading a book. I was disappointed because I had thought so highly of this place considering my first time coming I was greeted and the customer services was outstanding. I tend to go at night now, but every now and then I'd go during the day. Yogurt is great and amazing topping bar selection but giving 3 stars for rude customer service.
