Made a reservation for a group of 24 several months ago for my fiancé’s birthday. Called to confirm reservation and was told by the manager they had no reservation under my name. Pulled up email messages with same manager and my reservation was honored however, we were placed in the room with one waiter (who tried his best) and another large party of 14 (also being taken care of by the one waiter). Food was served raw. Drinks were delivered at a deathly slow pace. Staff seemed irritated.

Apparently we went on a night that they ran out of carbonation, which meant no sofas and no beer. We ordered 4 things of the menu (3 appatizers -crab cake, pork belly, some sort of crawfish puff, 1 slide - fries) and the best thing we ate was the fries. I wouldn't recommend at all. Our server was the bartender so we didn't see him the entire meal until it was time to get the check. I couldn't dislike a place more. It's unfortunate that we had to make a reservation here. Never again.

Probably the ONLY bad experience we have ever had in NOLA. ATTITUDE Attitude Attitude... and that’s just not NewOrleans. where are these people from??
