Focus Cleaners

There is a smell of cigarette smoke in this establishment and it on my clothes. The ladies that receive your clothes at the front are not polite. One was talking loudly on the phone, very unprofessional. Of course the price is pretty good. Quality ok minus the smoke.

When I dropped off my suits their register was not working and I had to pay cash to drop them off. The turn over was 2 weeks which I felt was a bit extreme. I go and get my suits today, I enter the building, four employees are all looking at me, no one else in the building, I am not greeted until after 3 minutes. I get my suits back, I inspect the one on top through the plastic. All is well. I get home and look at them both more closely. the 2nd one had creases all over it. They also pin through the fabric with a colored paper to signify it was completed I imagine. I would much rather them wrap something around a button than pin holes in my suits... Its not a huge deal but that would be an improvement. I do not recommend, nor would I go back.

This place has gone to hell! I haven't been able to get my clothes back in over 3 weeks!!!! ALL KIND OF EXCUSES. DONT PUT YOUR CLOTHES IN THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!
