I called and made an Appointment to see Dr. Cangelosi. This was my first time seeing the Dr. for an eye exam. The woman I talked to said they were very busy and the first available appointment was a month away. I agreed. Later that day I received a text message confirming my appointment. I received at least three more text messages asking me to confirm my appointment. The week before, two days before, and the day before. I confirmed each time. The day before my appointment I received a call from a woman. She told me that my visit would have to be rescheduled because she had mad a mistake. She explained that my visit would take an hour and that she had only blocked my time a half hour, and there was no way to fit me in. I asked when would be my next appointment. and she replied, another month away. I explained that I had already waited a month for this appointment and that because of their mistake I should not have to wait another month. She said vary coldly, there was nothing she could do. So to sum thing up. At Dr Cangelosis office. If they make a mistake, they penalize you.Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
