I walked in today and two sales associates looked me right in the face and didn't speak. The first was a man and the second was a woman. When I decided to turn around and walk out, another woman was walking into the store. The same girl who looked in my face said to her, "Hi, how are you doing today?". I looked back and said wow before finally leaving. Rude and disrespectful... I won't go into details about the why, but those of us who know what time it is can figure it out. BCBG you need better representatives who will at least acknowledge ALL customes in the store with a simple greeting.
