As a person who worked there. One of the most unprofessional kitchens Ive ever worked in. Had to break up a fight second day involving a deadly weapon they scale drugs in the back and the business owner is rude and refused to pay me till I took it to the Louisiana labor board. Do not work for this company take it from me I came from commanders

I am a certifiable "foodie". Particular about presentation and flavor. Not to mention, service, quality and price. Joel and I have had a relationship since he was in short pants. (lolololol). He honed his culinary talent to such a degree that I never use anyone else.
