        poor customer service. bad attitudes. the women here clearly do not enjoy dealing with the public. 'parcels and post' is a mile down magazine closer to whole foods. they will happily take your business.

        I love Pack Rat! We’ve rented a mailbox there for about a year. I’ve sent and received packages, made copies, and had documents notarized with them. I have always had good experiences. They’re fast, efficient, and friendly. The only downside may be that the mailbox isn’t accessible 24/7, but that’s a small price to pay to know that my mail is secure.
