We got married here back in 2017. We were having a destination wedding in New Orleans. We saw the photos online, but we even had a local who is a friend of ours tell us how awesome of a venue it was. We worked with a women who was the coordinator at the time, not either of the owners. She either quit, I don’t blame her, or was fired right before our event. Our wedding was in July in NO! They did not have the A/C on to cool down before the event. The wife of the owner came that morning to turn it on thinking a big space like that would cool down in time for a wedding at 5 during the summer in NO?! Not only did they not have the A/C running but the sound equipment that we were supposed to be using did not work day of the wedding, we had no sound for our ceremony.... my husbands cousin is a DJ and has all of the necessary equipment that we could have brought had we known. Well 300-400 dollars later half way through our wedding we have music..... these people are highly unprofessional, I don’t know if it is strictly to people that are coming from out of town, because, like I said our local NO friend said this place was great.... Please think twice. The space is lovely and the art installations are such a cool back drop for your event but they do not take this event business seriously. They want your money and don’t care If you have a good experience.
