        Bought brand new dryer in box, I installed it used once then stopped working. Was told to call for service. Spent two hours on phone got an appointment, they never showed . So two weeks and no dryer.

Did you reach out to the service company for answers on why they did not show and to reschedule? I will be happy to help you get this manufacturing issue resolved.
