      image I work at a restaurant with their equipment, and as a manager that must deal with everything that affects service, Continental gets an F for maintaining their aging ice machines (which they reuse to replace). Think black gunk full of bacteria in your ice, think massive non defined cubes, or a machine that drops half the rate it claims to. Customer service is non existent, just a phone line to leave a message or complaint that never gets addressed. Stay away.
