While the reception was looking clean and renovated, the room was really outdated. It is the first time traveling to a hotel I walked only with shoes in the room, as the carpet was very very dirty with some dead buds in the corners.
Bathroom floor dirty with hair.
The bed sheets were cleaned but with holes.
Bugs running around
For a price of 37$ a night, I was not expecting luxury. But at least a bit more cleaning (as it is advertised as a 3* hotel)
Need a complete renovation.
Except that, quiet.

Awful hotel. Customer service is clueless, rooms are nasty, location is bad. Dont spend your money here.
