From the minute I walked up to the reception area until I walked out of the door everyone was pleasant and smiling. Monica was compassionate and sympathetic to my issue. I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant group of people to have helped me out on what had been an very unpleasant Easter Sunday

I was running a fever, coughing, and feeling terrible and it was after hours at my primary care doctor. The office staff at NRMC Walk-In Clinic was courteous and efficient and the PA who saw me listened to my concerns and took care of me in a caring and timely manner. I am on the mend and appreciate
how well I was taken care of.
